How to get max fps (frame per second) and less lag

Lets face it, Devcat fails at programming things perfectly, they do well.. but never "perfect". In this case, people running "Lowest setting" on vindi are still having lag issues. Well oddly enough, its possible to get good graphics and a pretty good fps that is also faster than the default "lowest" setting. Follow this picture for further details!.
